Autopilot Diagnostic Engine
Autopilot Diagnostic Engine Execution Portal Step One: System Audit & Baseline Calibration
Overview
The Autopilot Diagnostic Engine (ADE) is the foundational Step One software asset in the transition from automated defaults to deliberate, high-agency living. Designed as a system audit for the human brain, the ADE converts abstract cognitive friction, digital burnout, and reactive habits into actionable, quantitative data. By treating cognition like a debuggable operating system, the engine evaluates four core friction pillars to generate your permanent Baseline Autopilot Index score (out of 100). This baseline establishes your starting point before transferring live operational tracking to Step Two: The Life Dashboard.
Core Diagnostic Architecture
Quantitative Scoring Model: The ADE aggregates a 100-question deep assessment structured across four core modules, scoring items on a scale from 1 (Fully Automated/Autopilot) to 4 (Fully Deliberate/Manual Override) to build a unified 100-point composite index.
Persistent Baseline Ingestion: For registered account holders, all assessment data, sub-scores, and diagnostic logs are securely stored in a persistent backend database. This establishes the static baseline score required by Step Two execution tools.
System Bottleneck Identification: The engine maps operational failures down to specific cognitive leaks—isolating whether agency is lost to morning feed reactivity, unexamined career defaults, compulsory habit loops, or ideological echo chambers.
Operational Mode Output: Upon completion, the engine assigns an immediate system diagnosis: CRITICAL: HIGH AUTOPILOT (0–39), WARNING: HYBRID STATE (40–74), or OPTIMAL: MANUAL MODE (75–100).
Operational Score States
CRITICAL: HIGH AUTOPILOT: Severe cognitive capture. Heavy reliance on algorithmic recommendation feeds, low-friction stress evasions, and inherited default culture scripts.
WARNING: HYBRID STATE: Moderate agency. Functional daily execution, but remains vulnerable to routine habit loops, attention leakage, and background digital noise.
OPTIMAL: MANUAL MODE : High attention control and baseline clarity. Inputs are intentionally selected, automated habit loops are systematically intercepted, and daily execution is governed by deliberate choice.
